The Margin of Extra Performance is the amount by which the average value of a set of Test Strengths exceeds the Required Average Compressive Strength. A positive Margin of Extra Performance indicates that the Test Strengths satisfy the requirements of ACI 301-96 (References 1) for the Specified Compressive Strength.
