Print Preview

You can display whatever is to be printed as it would appear when printed by clicking with the mouse on the Print Preview item of the File menu.

Shortcuts

Mouse:Click on the toolbar button.

A Printing Selections Dialog is brought up, which enables you to specify what will be previewed.

If you click on the OK button of the Print Selections Dialog, the main window will be replaced with a print preview window in which the contents of whatever is to be printed will be displayed in its printed format.

The print preview toolbar offers you options to:

View either one or two pages at a time

Move back and forth through the contents of the mix file

Zoom in and out of pages

Print what is being previewed

Click on the Close button of the toolbar to exit from Print Preview.
